Oha soup is native to the southern Nigeria. It is a traditional soup similar to the bitterleaf soup but cooked with oha leaves. Oha soup is special because the tender oha leaves uses I n the soup preparation are seasonal unlike bitterleaf which can be found all year round.
Oha soup is a delicious soup recipe. It is one of those native soup gbo soups that you taste and you can't just forget about it. This rich and nutritious soup is also thickened with either cocoyam paste, achi, egusi, or odor to give it it's unique consistency. But for me I would prefer achi.
